1. Free Trial & Free Tier

We offer a fully functional Free Plan that allows coaching institutes to manage up to 15 students at zero cost. We strongly encourage all platform users to thoroughly test the software features using our Free tier before choosing to upgrade to the paid Premium plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

Because our platform is accessible digitally and a free evaluation tier is permanently available to test, all monthly subscription fees (such as the ₹99/month Premium plan) are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, or partial returns for unused days of service.

3. Cancellation Policy

You retain the right to cancel your subscription or discontinue using the platform management tools at any time. To prevent future automated billing cycles, ensure you cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
